There is no public parking at the courthouse and very little street parking surrounding the building. Pay parking is available in the Townsite Garage, which you may enter east of 5th Street and Kansas Avenue. Cell phones and electronic devices may not be brought into the building by non-attorneys.

Most clients do not attend hearings in the Topeka federal courthouse. Trials and hearings are held before the Hon. Janice Miller Karlin or the Hon. Dale E. Somers only when there is a dispute over a legal or factual issue.
