Our office is located in the Bank of America Tower at 6th and Kansas Avenue in downtown Topeka, Kansas. We are on the 8th floor in Suite 825.

Parking is available in the parking garage next to the office tower to the north. Parking is $1 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $7.

Parking is also available in the Townsite Garage behind and under the office tower to the east. To walk out of the garage into our building, use the yellow door marked "Kansas Avenue Exit" to enter the Townsite 3 office tower. This garage closes to cash customers at 6 p.m.

We do not recommend street parking. Our meeting is likely to take longer than your parking limit. It does not work to move your car to another space to avoid a ticket. The City of Topeka strictly enforces parking time limits. Overtime parking tickets are $8. The City will sue you for $60 plus court costs if the ticket is not paid.

Clients arriving after 5 p.m. or on weekends and city holidays may park on Kansas Avenue in front of the building.
