Chapter 13 Trustee for Cases Filed in Topeka Division
Jan Hamilton is the standing chapter 13 trustee for cases filed in the Topeka Division of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas. He is appointed by the U.S. Trustee for Region 20.

Wage orders are the preferred method for you to make your chapter 13 payments. Your case has a much higher chance of success if a wage order is in place. To request a wage order, contact your attorney. A wage order is not a garnishment and should not be opposed by your employer.
