Note the Bank of America sign has been removed from the building. There is no sign at the top of the building now. The building is now known as the Topeka Tower. The Topeka Tower sign is over the door marked 534.  The bank has left the building. The space on the corner once occupied by the bank is vacant and doors locked.

Our office is located in the Topeka Tower at 6th and Kansas Avenue in downtown Topeka, Kansas. We are on the 8th floor in Suite 825. (The building formerly was known as Bank of America Tower.)

Parking is available in the parking garage next to the office tower to the north. Parking is $1 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $7. Cash only. The Tower garage does not accept debit or credit cards.

Parking is also available in the Townsite Garage behind and under the office tower to the east. To walk out of the garage into our building, use the yellow door marked “Kansas Avenue Exit” to enter the Townsite 3 office tower. Parking is $1 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $12. No cash is accepted by this garage.

We do not recommend street parking. Our meeting is likely to take longer than your parking limit. It does not work to move your car to another space to avoid a ticket. The City of Topeka strictly enforces parking time limits. Overtime parking tickets are $8. The City will sue you for $60 plus court costs if the ticket is not paid.

As of 4/18/1019, there are two hour free parking zones in the 600 block of Kansas Avenue and at bagged meters on 6th Street off Kansas Avenue. This may change without notice. The 500 block of Kansas Avenue is a one-hour free parking zone.

Clients arriving after 5 p.m. or on weekends and city holidays may park for free on Kansas Avenue in front of the building.

Persons with a DISABLED parking tag or placard may park in a legal stall on Kansas Avenue in front of the building for no charge. The time limits will not be enforced if the DISABLED tag or placard is displayed.  Please do not park in the loading zone. There are limited stalls in the parking garages reserved for disabled parkers for the usual parking charges.

Note: Our building was previously named the Bank IV or the First National Bank office building and most recently was known as the Bank of America Tower.
